The Denver Golf Expo will be following all applicable safety measures issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as state and local health organizations. The health and well-being of our exhibitors, attendees, sponsors and staff is our top priority.
Listed below is a Pending Safety List as of July 2020

Online Registration by Day only.  Limits of this (will depend on the variance and state guidelines at the time).

Onsite registration – only credit cards and social distancing lines.  (plexiglass stations will need to be installed by the venue TBD) We will cut down contact while still coming together.

  • Hybrid virtual options are also being explored for both exhibitors and attendees at this time.

Social distancing measures will be administered for both exhibitor displays leaving enough space between each booth.

Social distancing measures will be administered for attendees with 1 entrance and 1 exit.

  • Larger aisle ways with dedicated travel lanes in the trade show areas help manage traffic. (this means that the current floor plan will be modified to meet these needs.
  • Education sessions will be set up to allow for 6’ space between chairs.
  • The trade show floor and other spaces will also have 6’ space markers for attendees to follow so they know an acceptable amount of space to leave in between each other.

Masks will be required for exhibitors and staff at a minimum. Depending on CO’s current requirement, attendees also.


Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the trade show floor and in common areas.


Food and beverage will be provided in a no-contact way (i.e. pre-packaged food, pre-packaged silverware, no self-serve buffets).
